Refund & Exchange Policy

There is no refund or exchange on any Ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by Gigantic Creepy Crawlies.  This includes, but not limited to, INCLEMENT WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS, EXTENDED WAITS IN LINE AT THE VENUE, FAMILY EMERGENCIES AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Dino Festival Brisbane are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by Dino Festival Brisbane and is not grounds for a refund. If a refund is made, Dino Festival Brisbane may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any booking fee or other fees and charges.

Am I entitled to a refund?

1. Should the person who has purchased the ticket be unable to attend the event due to hospitalization or death the necessary documentation needs to be supplied. In this case, the tickets will be refunded in full. In the event that you can provide us with documentary proof that the person in whose name the ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death or incapacity, we will not levy a cancellation fee on that person’s ticket.
2. If you no longer wish to attend an event due to concern about COVID – 19 this may be treated as a “change of mind”. You should contact us to see if you are entitled to a remedy such as full or partial refund, credit note or voucher. In the event of a second wave of COVID-19, you are entitled to a remedy of either full or partial refund, credit note or voucher.  If the event is cancelled or rescheduled to another date you will receive a refund in form of a credit note or voucher. If the event is cancelled due to government restrictions, this impacts your rights under the consumer guarantees.

1. The Cancellation fee plus any additional charges levied by suppliers up to date of cancellation will apply on ticket cancelled:

• 4 months from event date; there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the value of the tickets.
• 3 months from event date; there will be a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the value of the tickets
• 2 months from event date; there will be a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the value of the tickets
• 45 days from event date; there will be a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the value of the tickets
• 30 days from event date; there will be a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the value of the tickets. Tickets cannot be refunded less than 30 days before the event or after the event has taken place.No refund will be processed within 30 days of the month.
